Straight to the good stuff
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and even more enjoyed how jam-packed it was with knowledge right out the gate! From learning about the deep brain and understanding a bit more about human behavior to helpful tips I can begin to apply to my daily life, I would highly recommend to anyone interested in Neuro-emotional technique, healing, mindset, psychology, & self improvement. Or, people who simply like to learn! As someone who prides themselves on being very knowledgeable about the psyche of humans, I still acquired a great deal of insight. Lastly, I enjoyed learning about Dr. Kim’s story, not only did I find it entertaining but helpful in how the concepts he mentioned in this book can apply or manifest in life. A great way to ground the information for readers. Overall, I recommend this book!
