Very informative
Honestly I was a mold specialist for years and used this book as a refresher corse and I found it very useful the audio quality seems to be a bit in the older side but I can look past it for the educational purposes.

Helpful for those with moldy homes
This book helped me understand that I need to invest in gutters and getting my yard landscaped so that there is a slope away from my home as I’ve had mold appear in my unfinished basement and we’ve had to take all the insulation out and ozone it. We also had to fix cracks in the foundation.
