I'm not much of a sports fan, and I wasn't sure if I would be engaged in this story, but I really enjoyed it. I listened to it in one sitting, and I plan to listen to it again. The fact that it's a true story makes it even better.

THE BEST ORIGINAL I'VE HEARD!
Very great story! Uplifting, true to life, amazingly well told. Listened to a lot of audible originals and this was the best so far!

Light-hearted, great story! Memorable characters

Great story
I love just about everything Martha Hall Kelly has written and I really loved listening this while on a run, training for my first Marathon! Inspirational!

Great story!
Loved it! I enjoyed every minute of this wonderful story about determination, success, hard work and friendship. It reminded me that everything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard to get it. Also, a great example of the importance of being a role model, even without noticing it.
