So much good stuff in here. I’m on my second listen to take notes now. Almost debating buying a physical copy just so I can mark it up. It’s entertaining, and straight forward which i appreciate. Also the bonus content in the end is a life saver.

To leave whatever opinions you have about yourself or what a relationship “should be”. The key to any fulfilling relationship is putting yourself first. Knowing what you value. Knowing what allows you to show up as your best self. It’s also about knowing your boundaries. This book is a fantastic resource and one I will often recommend and refer back to time and time again.
