Loved it!
Finally another book by Laura Dave. Such a good story about family and true love that lasts for years, great twist on who he was in love with.

Holes in story bothered me
I listen to most anything Julia Whelan reads and this book held my interest but the ending was unsatisfying for me. The “resolution” left me with to many unexplained questions and didn’t really add up. The characters seemed happier at the end but a lot of the why or background isn’t really explained. I have loved other Laura Dave books so I’ll just chalk this up to “ok” but not a total miss.

Beautiful story!
Glad I chose this book to get my Julia Whelan fix. Nothing like her voice to complement any story, but this author brought a beautiful story. I will listen again.

Great story
I thought this book was well written and kept my interest. Agree with another reviewer that is wasn’t quite a mystery but more about the family. That said, I really enjoyed the story. And you can’t go wrong with Julia Whelan. She’s always terrific!
