I must say that I was very intrigued by the title of this book. I tried the Atkins diet years ago with mixed results, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this. Meal planning is something I am not good at, and I am happy that I bought this audiobook to discover practical advice, delicious meal ideas, and tips for success. The steps for beginners are easy to understand, and they teach you when conflicts occur, for example, overheating, too much oil on the meat, and how to cook a crucial fact instead of spending too much time in the kitchen. This is something you can also watch on YouTube as second advice. I will keep this audiobook for future reference.
