Excellent Book after Listening I hired TJ!
I lost 40 lbs I gained from a traumatic violent event at an MD's office SOHO NYC USA. Now I want to return to my great love and I also want to carefully introduce healthy fats as I try to develop muscle and my improve my health. I want to figure out how to enjoy food and stay lean trim and whole food plant based. I don't use oil when I cook but I am excited to add avocado back in to my life and focus on enjoying the food. I still feel fear of foods and I need support and tips. This book has many suggestions and I love TJ Waterfall's voice. Very soothing. I have acute insomnia so sometimes I fall asleep when I listen so I ordered the book so I can read it and make notes that's how much I like the book!
