THE GO TO FOR UNDERSTANDING WHO YOU ARE!
I loved this book so much I bought the physical copy. I learned so much about myself in a way I thought I knew but I didn't understand like I do now. I struggle to understanding others and realized it is because I don't really know myself personally. Do the exercises, follow along, but take your time and truly appreciate your past, present, and the way you can use this writing to grow into something truly great in the future. This is definitely a book I will read many times over throughout my life as well as share with friends/family.
