The Role of Consciousness in Governance explains how the Divine Will and Plan of Humanity must be manifested on Earth through the governments of all countries. The book reveals that the Spiritual Hierarchy, consisting of adepts and initiates, which has always had the responsibility of guiding the affairs of Humanity is no longer operating in secret. This is due to the recognition and acceptance by Humanity of their existence and function which is a direct result of mankind’s evolving awareness and consciousness.

Chapter One: Speaks to governments above and below and to their structure and function. The understanding that the structure of our governments on the planet is in direct reflection of the structure of our government above and, that structure of having three branches of government as is seen in the United States system is directly related to the three forces that operate through each.
Chapter Two: The Divine Will and Plan. The ultimate purpose of the Will and the Plan is to lead humanity into Jerusalem, not into a Jewish city, but into “the place of peace”, which is the true meaning of the word Jerusalem.
Chapter Three: The Human Dilemma and Its Hope. The Divine Wiil and Plan. An understanding of the causes of the present restlessness and crises we are now witnessing might help to empower the reader instead of continuing in a sense of helplessness.
Chapter Four: Jerusalem- Peace and Victory Defined. Ageless Wisdom defines the symbolic place called Jerusalem as the Abode of Peace and the destination of everyone in their quest for peace and the longing to be free from strife.
Chapter Five: The Role of Major Nations in the Divine Plan. Every nation came into existence to serve its people and the world with its unique contribution, being guided by its birth as a nation and the attendant astrological configuration designed for it to carry out its destiny in the Divine Plan.
Chapter Six: Education and Economic-Keys to Freedom. The goal of education is enlightenment. The concept of education is a spiritual enterprise designed to facilitate the evolution of the whole Man. To be successful, education must prepare and equip its students by mentally training them to make the bridge, to be cooperative citizens, with every youth being trained to be successfully integrated into the world community.
Chapter Seven: Governance in the Aquarian Age. The keywords of the Aquarian Age are:

• Service
• Synthesis
• Brotherhood
• The Feminine― her restoration to equal power and rulership
• Masonry― the religion of the 21st century

Chapter Eight: The Idea that is the United States of America. The New World Order is an order of immortals, whose nucleus is now on this planet. It is composed of the new creatures who constitute a new species of organic life.
Chapter Nine: Freemasonry and Governance. Masonry is a veiled and cryptic expression of the difficult science of spiritual life, the understanding of which requires special and informed guidance.
Chapter Ten: The Science of Knowing. The Fall of Man is the descent of his soul into generation and into the Cycle of Necessity, which is described as that period and condition through which Man must pass in his attainment of conscious immortality, and which necessitates him going through the valley of the shadow of death.
