A valuable Resource
I never really acknowledged that I had ADHD until I was an adult. It seems obvious now, but I just dindt know. And that means that I didn't start learning as much about it until recently. This book did a phenomenal job of filling in some f the gaps in my knowledge, all while feeling very relatable and pertinent to the way I experience life on a daily basis. So much more of how I interact with the world makes sense now. I highly recommend this book for any man who wants to turn the way their mind works into a superpower instead of a hindrance.

Such a Great Help.
I told a friend who has adult ADHD about this audiobook, and it really changed things for him. He used to feel stressed by his racing thoughts and trouble managing time, but the easy tips in the book helped him focus and get more done.
