Excellent book - required reading for all men that consider a relationship or marriage and want to see success.

The truth is hard to hear for some, but those that appreciate reality will take it head on and learn.

For anyone protesting, I suggest you honestly self examine your choices in life and their consequences.

This second edition reads better and flows better than the first - much improved over an already great book. I am glad I chose to buy both editions and re-listen!

Revisiting this book.

Definitely far better value on a second listen. There’s so many gems of wisdom throughout that you overlook. As you build yourself some of the advice just makes sense. Mr. Cooper is as integral as his message, thank you.

Vital life lessons for men

I learned about Rich from his YouTube channels. I found him to be a source of wisdom and much truth, with a great fitting World View model. This book is a distilled and easy to understand version of how the world works which I recommend to any man, especially in the early 20s. I will use the wisdom from this book to help my son and my daughter navigate the world. Be warned: even if you think you understand the contents of book from the first read, it takes years to fully comprehend the depth and the consequences of this hard truth.

Every Man needs this information

This book has tons of information for Men to better themselves and level up. I wish i had this book in my early 20s.

One of my favorite books when it comes to understanding women /men dynamics. And how to really change your mindset from beta to alpha

Very important book!

This is the book that all young men should read, to be prepared for what comes later and to win in life. My life would have been very different if I had gained the insight that the book provides, 30 years ago. This book tells you how to use your energy, what you should focus on, how you should take care of yourself, how to avoid bad decisions, in order to have a successful life. In the middle of life, I still benefit greatly from the contents of the book. The best thing I can do now is to make sure that my children get the knowledge that this book contains.

The book ensures that you no longer need to be angry or frustrated with women, because the book provides a very useful and in-depth insight into female nature. The book allows you to understand female nature. After reading the book I understand why women said "I don't usually do this with a man», and the book explains why this was true. And you will learn why women lie.

We live in difficult times today. There are a lot of moving parts. There are many pieces to these puzzles that guys are dealing with. Life is too short to make all the mistakes yourself. That is why you should read this book.
