It is no secret that the current mental and emotional health crisis in our world is on the rise. Far too many feel trapped and powerless in this cycle and it's time to understand, unravel and take a critical look at why many of us feel stuck.
In a very raw, honest and personal approach Untwist Me is going to address subjects that most are afraid to question, confront and talk about. Subjects that we may not equate with mental and emotional health. We are going tackle the mind, body, soul, trauma, addiction, medication, demons and many others in straight-forward biblical, and uncomplicated way.
We can no longer continue the way we have been, It's time to become untwisted, bold and free.

Educational and soothing through religion & following God
Miss Elena Huggins embarked on a journey through life with God to overcome all the obstacles in her path. She shares her story to help others conquer the challenges in their own lives. Miss Huggins did a beautiful job narrating the book with deep emotion and expression.
I would consider putting this book up there with 'Meditations' by Marcus Aurelius as a go-to for gaining a balanced perspective on life and learning how to better follow the path of God.
