I just absolutely love hockey romance and I’m loving this series. I thought the narrators were great and I didn’t want to stop listening!

Loved Jaxson and Grace. Wasn’t a fan of Vince since I never and now am uninterested in reading his book due to how he acted in most of the book. But I loved Daddy P 🥵🥵 I need his story next. He deserves a hea!

The 🎧duet narration🎧 is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. ONE OF THE BEST I’ve ever listened to (mind you, I listen to audiobooks every day). The narrator for Jaxson has a deep, lil scratchy voice, that is SO sexy you’ll be biting your lip the entire time, and Grace’s voice is literally perfect for her. Not only the voices matched 100% the characters, but the acting was 🔝🏆 DIVINE. I was in awe the entire time.

I loved this one more than the first book👏🏻👏🏻 I enjoyed the road trip, the banter, the tension it was beautiful❤️🤌🏼 I absolutely loved Grace and Jaxson together as a couple, and their heart to heart moments were everything. Please read this series!!🙌🏻👏🏻❤️

I thought this was really cute! And both of the main characters were lovable and relatable. The audiobook is done really well!! Jackson is swoon-worthy!! When the story started, I thought it was going to be kind of light and cute… But they had dirty talking down to a T. 🥵

I loved this book. It was a page turner. I’m going to get the two other books in this series because now I’m hooked!!

🎧 Narration: the audio for this honestly made the story even better. wesley was the *perfect* jaxson. he sounded exactly how i pictured him. the range of voice control & ability to portray vulnerability was top notch. the fmc was very well done as well - though i did feel that she sounded older than i imagined - she still nailed the bubbly care free vibes.

jaxson & grace 🫠 i’m obsessed. i loved book one but this one was my goldilocks book. juuuuust right. the story was so smooth & believable. i adored them. it was so fun to read. the spice was spicing & the tension was *everything.* romance with an end date is such a good trope but it’s hard to do it in a way that doesn’t give f*ckboy energy & kandi perfected it. the age gap + forbidden teammate’s little sister was a big yes from me. i loved the ending & how they fell in love. jaxson & his nova were a story i will definitely be rereading.

Hockey, Road Trips & a DUET narration!!!!

The micro trope I never knew I needed…road tripping!!! But to make it even better, road tripping with your brother’s best friend and teammate, YES and YES! This book was such a fun and flirty time with an underlying heartwarming aspect as well.

Jaxson is a professional hockey and he has an instant attraction to his teammate’s little sister, Grace ,when he met her. She is the little sister of Vance, who we met in book one, Meet Your Match. A few weeks later, Grace comes waltzing back into his life when she shows up at her brother’s house suffering from a broken heart. All Jaxson wants to do is make it better so he suggests a drive to help her. She responds with, “Road trip?” While it wasn’t what he had in mind, he can’t say no to her and the fun begins on their secret adventure!

Grace & Jaxson have the sexy banter down from the start but watching them develop together on this trip was such a fantastic natural progression. Beyond that, as the attraction grows so does the deep connection during their conversations and it had me all up in my feels! Add in all the fun and sexy spice we love from Kandi and this book just hit the spot!

I will say, this book is very light on the hockey, but I did not mind at all because that road trip totally made up for it! Heck, I would have even been okay with a whole road trip book!!!!

🎧I just LOVED this one on audio!!!! Miranda Dyer & Wesley Mercer are both me to narrators and WOW…their voices are just incredible and immediately captured me into this book from the first chapter! Where have they both been all my life because I need more them! Did I mention this audio is also a DUET!!!! I love that Kandi continues to do this with this series as it just makes it feel like you’re watching her stories come to life as they keep their same dialogue the whole book! Outstanding performance and HIGHLY recommend on audio!

First Miranda Dyer. As soon as I heard her voice I fell in LOVE with her tone!! It’s fun and upbeat but she also has so much passion in the words as she speaks. Her voice just made me feel like someone I wanted to be best friends with and I could seriously listen to her all day! She did an amazing job brining out Grace’s carefree spirit and captured it so well! Then there is Wesley. Talk about a masculine and rough voice that fits this big strong hockey player! But then Wesley surprised me as he also had sadness in his voice at times when talking about his home life or emotional aspects when it came to Grace. He truly had so much emotion in his voice and adapted it so well throughout the story to make Jaxson feel so real!
