gives out there numbers
this book spoke to the numbers guy. I already know that passive income is the way to create wealth through other books but this book really dove down and gave you percentages how they did it some creative ways to do it and more to the person who's passed the single family houses.

I've read several books on multi family real estate investment. This has by far been the most useful to me. It gives clear steps & actionable advice for each part of the process, from finding deals to negotiating the sale down to managing the property. I recommend this book to anyone interested in multi family real estate investing.
