Charming. A story that will stay with me.
A lovely story of two young women discovering their self worth in their own time, in society and in their history. They are tied together by a ring and there is poetry woven with coincidences. Romance, family, friendship and looking for a purpose. The narration captures and distinguishes the individuality of the characters. Absolutely charming.

Characters and story line were lacking
I didn't understand the point of the story. Droned on without significance. Characters were flat. Too much emphasis was placed on two story lines instead of developing one good story with two characters. Words were used for the sake of increasing word count and not the betterment of the story. I was not attached to the characters, the plots, or the story lines. The mystery plot was weak...
