Exciting action kept my rapt attention following adventitious romance in dangerous, documented Scottish time period. Interesting insight of various characters’ feelings about relationships and changing ways of life in the 1800s in Scotland. Riveting written descriptions of battles, intrigues, motives, camaraderie,, and devotion between humans and delightful pet. Sex scenes were tastefully described as warm and loving. Excellent,, talented narration made the characters interesting and easy to recognize. This book was very entertaining and engaging. Great read!

Another incredible read from Eliza Knight! She constructs het characters in such a way as to make them real. I can close my eyes and run her stories through my head like watching a movie. Action Packed Romance
Loved the male main character he was chivalrous, loyal and a fierce warrior. Female character known as the Phantom seemed to always have be saved by MMC by MMC. I could not connect with her character. I did like the banter. Overall book was good.

The story line was great! The narration was great! Overall really great read! One of the best free on audible if you like historical fiction Highlander books. One that is actually close to Outlander without the time travel, different story line than outlander but definitely in a VERY similar category!
