It is a mind blowing book. The information here is precious. Though it sounds simple to reach Zero Limit, I wish we had had more practical tips on how to do that. Joe and Dr. Len do tell us what to do, but not how. That is the only thing missing in my opinion here. I am going to look for more info on how to achive that. Thank you, Joe. Thank you, Dr. Len! I’ve seen so many bad reviews and I don’t get it . If you can’t apply a simple method and comprehend what the author is telling you why would they offer the rest of the method to you. This book has changed the way I think , brought peace in to my life , and has made me be a better version of myself . I have applied the the method at work and beautiful things have happened! I love this book.

What did you love best about Zero Limits?
I love this book! I try to listen to it once per year. The story of the development of Ho'o'ponopono and it's application to the correctional institution is fascinating. I love hearing it every time, especially knowing it was all documented. It inspired me to meet Dr. Len in person, a memorable event in my life. The book teaches you how to do the practice for yourself. Its quite simple once its explained. I use it a lot when I bump into things that aren't going right. or nasty people, etc. Its transformational. The true genius behind this book is Dr. Len; Joe captures his story for him and has done a nice job.

Who was your favorite character and why?
This is a non-fiction book, so of course Dr, Lin was my favorite "character" even though he's a real person. I gave 4/5 stars on story b/c it's not wholly a story.

Any additional comments?
If you are not ready or willing to examine your role in misfortune, then this book is not for you. If you are, be ready for growth, for restoration, and living life on a new and higher plain.

This book and the explanation of Ho'oponopono was outstanding. It helped me grasp the practice and allow me to start cleaning.

Healing

I loved this! There is healing for PTSD, addictions, and trauma! If only we hold on to this and use it for the good of the world and our families. I feel so much better. I was looking for self forgiveness. I found it in this book!

It just clicked with me today. I was feeling so nauseous and light headed then all the sudden I got how I was to make this work. I took responsibility, I said I’m sorry, please forgive me and replace with nothing I love you, I love you, I love. I thought of nothing else just kept saying I love you. I was no longer sick to my stomach or dizzy. It is true MAGIC, a miracle I cannot describe. Sick spells like the one I’m explaining has never before dissipated without sleep so believe me when I tell you MIRACLE. another thing Chapter 6 I was listening while walking my dog and experienced beauty, the grass was green and was like magnified and the bushes looked fulled and brighter. Has I was silently taken this end the audio recording said “it could happen to you right now while your walking or petting your dog”. I almost fainted. I truly grateful and at Aaaah for being able to unblock my this from my subconscious and except this amazing gift. I’m so excited for what’s to come.
