    Exogenous ketones are molecules produced outside of the body that can provide energy for cells. They are often used to lose weight, increase brain activity, and improve athletic performance. Taking too much of them can cause problems, and it is recommended to only take up to three servings per day. If you have fallen off the wagon and consumed sugar, the best way to get back on track is to make your next meal carnivore and to put physical barriers in place to prevent cravings.     Cholesterol is essential for life and is important for cell formation, nutrient absorption, hormone production, and healing. LDL is often labelled as "bad" cholesterol, but it is responsible for carrying out important functions in the body. The level of LDL can vary from person to person and it's important to check whether it is damaged or not. High cholesterol is not a bad thing and can be beneficial for our health. Heart palpitations may be a common side effect when the body is going over to a new way of eating but this rare side effects tend to stop once adapted.
