  • Our current society and culture is notorious for making moms feel guilty everywhere for a variety of reasons. I should be nursing my baby, but breastfeeding is hard for me. I should be laying the baby down in the crib but they won't sleep anywhere but on me. I should give the baby solid food but I'm terrified that they will choke.


    The list goes on and on. In this episode, I go against the grain and talk about how motherhood is NOT a competition, unlike everything you see on social media.


    Bottom Line: If it works for you and your family, it doesn't need to make sense to anyone else. Period.
