This means many of us are unaware of how our posture, breathing, daily habits, and exercise contribute to a malpositioned baby, incontinence, Diastasis Recti, and a long road to recovery.

    Today we are talking to Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga and Pelvic Floor Coach Anastacia Drake on our bodies through pregnancy and postpartum. Anastacia is going to help us gain an understanding of how the muscles, ligaments, and bone structure in the uterus, abdomen, pelvis, and pelvic floor operate together, AND teach you practices you can adopt to avoid damage and disfunction to that mom bod.
