    Alison Palmintere, Director of Communications for SKI UTAH, discusses the 2023-24 winter season and looks forward to "The Greatest Snow on Earth" for the 2024-25 winter. Salt Lake City added an NHL franchise for the coming season and is the only ski town with an NHL team. They now are beginning to prepare for the 2034 Winter Olympics after a very successful 2002 Winter Olympics.

    In winter 2022-23 Utah experienced a banner season of the "Greatest Snow on Earth" enabling a record 7.1 million skier visits. Alta Ski Area led all Utah resorts with 903 inches of snow.
