Meditation

I listened to this episode while heading to a function on the campus of Florida A&M University, and it occurred to me how blessed I was to listen to two fellow HBCU alums, you, my Spelman Sister, and Watkins, a Howard grad, discuss the challenges that folks our age face as far as finding and fulfilling our destinies. I have dabbled with meditation here and there in the past, but have lacked consistency; I do plan to incorporate this practice into my daily routine.
