    In today’s episode, I will be speaking with Danielle Spadinger, founder of Timberline Design Co. Danielle is a designer, entrepreneur, and a mama to 2 pups and a toddler. She specializes in timeless unique designs.

    Her design journey started when she transferred to universities and was lost at what to do with her life. She ended up transferring to Metropolitan State University of Denver and diving into Communication Design courses that She loved. She started working in the design industry in 2011 while in school because she couldn’t get enough.

    She created my business while she was in school so she could freelance and it has blossomed into so much more the last few years. The name Timberline was officially created in 2021 after much personal discovery and strategy and officially launched in 2022. Her studio has worked with various brands in multiple industries throughout the years from big trade show projects to small business branding and web design.

    Danielle and I discuss the realities of being a working mom and the importance of setting boundaries in both your personal and professional life. She shares how she balances motherhood while owning a business and freelancing, along with tips for others looking to do the same!

Krista is an Award-Winning Event Planner and Wedding Industry Mentor dedicated to helping design your dream wedding business around your lifestyle, so you can make more money and time for your family.

    Since 2012, KJ & Co. has planned over 60 weddings and been featured in Style Me Pretty, Today’s Bride, WedLuxe, and more. They’ve also been the recipient of the WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Award and the Hamilton Spectator Readers’ Choice Award. Unable to find a highly curated wedding show in the western GTA that wasn’t heavy on the sales pitches and pipe-and-drape stalls, she decided to create one by launching The Wed Well Showcase in 2019.
