  • Transition to WO1
    May 3 2024

    In Season 3 Episode 5, we hear from four new WO1s: WO1 Zachary Smith (Class 24-05 Emerald Green Pythons), WO1 Andrew Gomez (Class 24-12 Denim Blue Narwhals), WO1 Prestin Wilkinson (Class 24-11 Blue Spades), and WO1 Steven Casares (Class 24-02 Lavender Syndels). They all graduated WOCS in the last 5 months so they experienced the modernized academic curriculum and new 1ST WOC leadership development approach. They share outstanding tips for preparing for WOCS, thriving at WOCS, and transitioning through a successful appointment to Warrant Officer 1.
