  • Creating is not a perfect, linear journey; and today we talk all about embracing the mess in our process with Danish-born, Berlin-based movement artist, singer and musician, Kat Polar. As an artist and creator Kat's passion is to be what she creates, to observe and live inside of it. She also explores the discipline of resisting the "fast-pace" production that is all consuming in our capitalist world, especially when it comes to promoting and sharing your art as a polished and perfect product on social media. In this episode we talk about entering the flow state while creating, the balance between being an artist and having to exist in a capitalist world, how to be authentic on social media, and how as artists we have the power to create our own realities... including our definition of success.
