  • Michelle Rosetta - "Reclaiming Inner Power Through Stories"
    Jun 28 2024

    EPISODE SUMMERY

In the episode titled "Reclaiming Inner Power Through Stories" from the podcast "Rise Up and Fix It," hosts Miz Monday and Inna Korobkina engage with Michelle Rosetta, an expert in religious studies and philosophy, to explore the integration of ancient wisdom into modern life for women's empowerment. Michelle shares her expertise in skincare, ancient healing practices, and the concept of reclaiming sovereignty, offering insights into how women can harness their inner power.

Key discussion points include the significance of natural healing and the historical suppression of women's healing practices, particularly during the witch hunts, which symbolized the broader suppression of feminine power. Michelle discusses the transition from matriarchal to patriarchal systems and its impact on societal power dynamics, advocating for a reconnection with ancestral wisdom to reclaim inner strength. The conversation also covers holistic approaches to skincare, challenging conventional routines with methods that respect and preserve the skin's natural health, such as oil cleansing and avoiding harmful chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfate.

Moreover, Michelle addresses the toxicity of common sunscreens and the importance of balanced sun exposure for vitamin D synthesis, suggesting natural alternatives and protective measures like hats and sunglasses.

Highlighting the importance of personal medicine stories, Michelle encourages listeners to own and share their healing journeys, emphasizing the role of storytelling in fostering community connection and collective empowerment.

The episode concludes with a call to action for listeners to embrace their unique stories, subscribe to the podcast, and share the empowering message with others, reinforcing the theme of mutual support and personal growth.

Those answers lead him to create the Pvrpose card game which is design to put the player into the present moment, allowing them to forge deeper a connection with their inner self and other human beings around them. • RISE UP - EPISODE 10 - Sabotage
    Sep 1 2023
    EPISODE 10Sabotage

In the last episode of season 1, Ingrid and Inna jump in front of the camera and discuss the idea of finishing what you started. Finishing what you started and closing a deal can be one of the hardest things you ever do. The statistic out there is only 0.01% of us actually finish what we start. Sometimes we stop going after our dreams because we fear all the things that come on the other side of taking that leap and exposing yourself; the unknown. Sabotage and resistance to success are a form of doubt and dragging your past into your future. Detach from your past, commit to your dream and commit to your message.

On a personal note: We don’t know how this podcast will be received. Will we be misunderstood and judged? It’s a fitting way for us to end this season!
