People have a tendency to remember how they were spoken to. Choose words with care and be mindful of being respectful and considerate in your communication. Being assertive doesn’t amount to being rude or inconsiderate. For getting the job done focus on tasks and not on being unkind, disrespectful, or uncharitable to people. Avoid labeling and judging people. We all live in the same bubble, so who are we to judge?
