    Speech is God’s gift to mankind. It’s a gift to be used with great responsibility. Our words, at times, create deep-rooted hurt in people. People have a tendency to remember how they were spoken to. Choose words with care and be mindful of being respectful and considerate in your communication. Being assertive doesn’t amount to being rude or inconsiderate. For getting the job done focus on tasks and not on being unkind, disrespectful, or uncharitable to people. Avoid labeling and judging people. We all live in the same bubble, so who are we to judge?

    Choose to be a winner in every situation. It is entirely up to you whether you choose to be a victim or a winner. Avoid lower vibrational ideas such as competitiveness, guilt, worry, and overall negativity. The key to having a winning mentality is to have a growth mindset, to be open, and to be in a learning mode, as opposed to having a fixed mindset, where you believe your talent, thought, and dogmas are set in stone.

    Why do we need to exercise daily?

    A lot revolves around ideal weight. An ideal weight lowers the risks of several diseases, prevents hypertension, and reduces the pressure on the joints, thereby avoiding aches and pains. Exercise improves cardiovascular activity. Would you not exercise every day if a 30-45 minutes brisk walk kept your heart pumping harder, lungs expanded, joints and muscle flexibility, mind sharp, sleep regulated, diabetes managed, and blood pressure under control?
