A mid year review doesn't only give managers a formal opportunity to check in with their team & their employees. Your mid-year review is also the time for you to talk about everything that you've been doing, highlight your accomplishments and make sure, most importantly, you feel heard and valued at work.

I'll look at the benefits of doing a mid-year review in your career and how you can take a DIY approach if you're still waiting for your boss to book yours in. There's no standalone career coaching question for this week as I'll be giving you lots of questions to reflect on as you go through the review process!
