    Today I wanted to discuss what it means to be on auto pilot when it applies to your personal habits and addictions. The best way in which to cure yourself is to realize what you are doing on a present level. 

    I'd say conscious - but that word and level is top tier and beyond my total comprehension at this time in my life.

    I'm not speaking from the clouds - but I am speaking from somewhat of an enlightened state.

    Hi all - this is a new episode recorded on September 16, 2022. I'm Connor MacIvor and I was successful at torching 135 pounds of body fat from my body. You can do it also and it happened with fasting.

    I practiced a lot, but at the end of the day the practicing paid off and I started winning a lot more than losing.

    After a while - I was seeing a pound a day of body fat being torched.

    So I would tell anybody that is about to embark on some kind of a journey. As far as fitness goes to sit back and restore some self-reflection and make decisions based on where they want their future self to be. I was talking to one of my boys the other day, mentioning to him that if I could have my 10 year in the future, Connor come to the present time and talk to me, would he be proud of the way that I was living now? The things that I was doing in my daily life, or would I see this 800 pound monster, try to squeeze through the door to visit me. These are questions that I think are important to ask and also answer things to meditate on things, to think about. One of the things that brings me back before, I'm about to do something that I know that I'm gonna regret that I'm, that I know that my tenure in the future self is going to despise me for. I pull back and I work on making better decisions and pausing for just a moment. So I'll actually physically stop everything and just breathe. So if I'm about to sneak into that, drive through, if I'm about to hit,

    You know, five double cheeseburgers and a whole bunch of milkshakes, and just pile this food down, I stop before I do it. And there's part of you. This is gonna be your ego talking. Now there's part of you. That's gonna create this drive to go do it. And there's another part of you. That's gonna say, Hey, you know what? Let's, let's not so delay it. Once you delay it, studies have shown. And I saw this study. The other day, studies have shown that upwards of 30% of those decisions won't actually come to fruition. You won't go through that. Drive through you won't eat that box of donuts. You won't drink that half bottle of vodka. You won't do these things. If you just pause and become mindful, think about where you are. And then also look at what impact this is gonna have on you over time, once in a while.

    How do you remove your FAT?  You can quit eating...

    You want to make sure you contact your doctor before embarking on a fasting journey.

    After that and when they tell you they bless your fasting, then let it happen. Start slowly.

    Maybe with missing a meal here and there. 

    Then go for the next step. Such as not eating for 24 hours. The real changes happen after 36 hours when all the stored sugar in your liver is depleted and when your body switches fuel systems and enters ketosis.

    Who is water fasting? This guy - and make sure you talk to your doctor or medical professional before embarking on a Fat Torching journey, whether you are using fasting or whether you want to stay where you are.  See what I did there.

    I truly believe in what I preach, but maybe this only works for me in this universe and won't work for you.

    Do your research before going down this path. Contact and get your doctor's approval.

    For me, this works well and the more and better you practice, the better your results will be. In fact, you can turn yourself around to become the best version of yourself.
