Raise your hand if the idea of focusing on your own wounds makes you feel like you are bad or wrong? So instead of working on those things, you throw yourself into goals and responsibilities!

This is probably the boldest message that has been put on my heart to share but after writing it out, it made a lot of sense as to how this could help someone in their healing journey find peace and hope!
