    You may notice that this episode is significantly shorter than our usual weekly chat, but don’t you worry…it is jam packed of fun and ridiculousness just like normal. We are currently on vacation! A 30 year family tradition, but we didn’t want to take off from our 79 week streak…so in the midst of packing and planning we recorded a few moments of fun for you to enjoy!     Screen time is a very real thing these days. Usually we talk about the danger in terms of our children and future generations growing up with it, but we are chatting today about the importance of changing the statistics in Adults’ screen time consumption. There re SO many more issues and long term affects connected to the amount of time we spend looking at tablets, phones, computers, televisions than just the mental fog and blurry vision.
