There re SO many more issues and long term affects connected to the amount of time we spend looking at tablets, phones, computers, televisions than just the mental fog and blurry vision.   • 6 Month Check In of 2024! Previous Set Goals & Intentions

    It is incredibly alarming to sit and think that we are already 6 full months into the year of 2024! How did that happen? When did that happen?? And most importantly, have you committed yourself to the goals and intentions you set for yourself back on January 1, 2024? Have those goals changed since then? Or are you more similar to us in the face that you have failed in initiating and keeping some of the goals you set out to accomplish? That’s where Episode 76 comes in. We are VERY honest about our intentions, our follow through, our failures, and some behind-the-scenes things you probably won’t be expecting. We pride ourselves on being real, and we got pretty darn real in today’s chat. We hope this resonates with you and we hope it instills any type of shift or change that you might be needing right now so you can have a different/great 6 months more months of 2024!
