    In this episode of the Second Life Method podcast, Kelly talks about dialectical thinking in business and in life. What this actually means is more or less the ability to consider conflicting views as both being true, such as it’s Spring and it’s snowing. One example Kelly gives is Disney and Pixar, who both were creating children’s entertainment, but seemed to have values that were at different ends of the spectrum early on. Because of a dialectic thinker, they were able to bring the two studios together and eventually merge them into one, which has since produced many of the beloved films we know today.
