    In this episode, Cooper reconnects with his long-time friend, Barron Hanson, who has transformed his life by becoming a Vedic meditation teacher. Barron is the founder of Be Here Nowra, a community-centered meditation practice in Nowra that has grown rapidly since its inception.


    He shares how nearly 200 people have completed his four-day courses and how the community has blossomed with weekly group meditations, a book club, and a thriving social group.


    Barron also talks about his Kickstarter campaign, which raised $77,000 to produce a documentary with CONVICTS, and his research partnership with the University of Wollongong to explore the effects of Vedic meditation. We also get a sneak peek into his upcoming global gathering in October 2024, Here in Nowra, where meditators from around the world will come together for workshops, wisdom talks, and social events.
