    In today´s episode, we interviewed the host of Green Giggles, Dr. Lipika Sharma, diving deep into her background and learning valuable lessons on leadership and how to go from dreaming to taking action. She is an Indian lawyer with 23 years plus of experience in legal writing, analysis, consulting, project management and litigation at the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi, teaching and training combined with PhD in Law and picked up 14 diplomas and certificates. She is the only Indian on the Expert Global Register of UN Women as a Gender Inclusion, Disaster and Climate Change Expert, with only 67 experts from all over the world. As one of the 100 women leaders from across the globe, she has been appointed as the G100 India Chair for the Sustainable Development Goals Wing. She has given legal advice and published with UN Women, UNDRR, UNDP and other UN bodies, IFRC and international consultancies of repute on SDGs, climate change and disaster, women empowerment and gender inclusion etc. She has advised the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India as a Legal Consultant. She led a team of 100 lawyers as the Managing Editor (Legal Content- for the Asia Pacific Region) for Wolters Kluwer, a leading law publisher in Australia. As a skilled communicator and academic she has taught at prestigious private universities in North India as Associate Professor and Associate Dean. She is an expert leader and trainer in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (POSH) and has trained more than 20 thousand people and conducted 200 plus workshops. She is the founding director of VidAikyam Foundation, a Not-for-Profit Company in India that is dedicated to the cause of gender justice, women's empowerment, climate change, and disaster management. Her contributions to the cause of women and society have been recognised and awarded several times including the prestigious “Best Women Educator in Innovative Law Teaching” at the National Education Excellence Award 2017, in association with the United Nations Global Compact and “Exceptional Women of Excellence” by Women Economic Forum in 2023
