    Today, Dr. Gayle Myers, your favorite host for healthy living, will share her favorite meditation for when she's traveling. It's no secret that traveling can lead to various stressful situations, which can trigger the body's fight or flight response. This stress response isn't healthy for anyone, affecting us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Stress can drain our positive energy.

    The guided meditation Dr. Gayle will share transmutes or shifts energy, helping to clear the mind and move from stress to calm, providing a better perspective and enabling us to find new solutions.

    The steps to this guided meditation:

    • Your spirit within, body, and source

    • Grounding cord

    • Energy inputs from others - let go

    • What is your bright color?

    • A golden sun - your life force, create

    • Release energy that weighs you down

    • Fill your golden sun with energy that gives you joy and fill you with positivity

    • Drop the old and create something new

    As Dr Gayle puts it: You'll be able to help much more when you're not in the stress response. Just in letting go, the energy is transmuted and you've already given a healing.
