  • #186. Manifest HER: The Power of High Vibes and Spiritual Leadership with Renee Walker
    Jan 6 2026

Binu welcomes her dear friend and collaborator, Renee Walker, to the podcast for a soulful conversation about manifesting, trust, and co-creating with the Universe.

As co-hosts of the upcoming ManifestHer event, Binu and Renee share what it truly looks like to manifest — not from hustle or force, but from slowing down, tuning in, and allowing intuition to lead.

They reflect on the powerful moments of connection that happen when we pause long enough to feel alignment — the goosebumps, full-body yeses, and quiet confirmations that we’re on the right path. This conversation gently reframes manifesting as less about chasing outcomes and more about who we are becoming along the way.

Together, they explore the importance of blending spirituality with grounded action, creating space for integration, and trusting that we don’t have to do life — or our goals — alone.

Binu and Renee also share the intention behind ManifestHER: a space where women don’t need to self-edit, shrink, or question their spiritual language — a room where connection, trust, and expansion are not only welcome, but encouraged.

This episode is an invitation to slow down, trust yourself, and remember that you are always supported — seen and unseen.

  • #184. The Art of Communication: The Foundation for an Extraordinary Life
    Dec 23 2025

The quality of your life is deeply connected to the quality of your communication—with yourself first, and then with others.

In this powerful solo episode, I share why heart-led communication is the true foundation for peace, connection, and extraordinary relationships. Most of us were never taught how to communicate—we learned by watching, absorbing, and reacting. Over time, those patterns can create misunderstanding, defensiveness, and emotional stress.

This episode is an invitation to slow down, soften your inner dialogue, and begin speaking from calm, clarity, and unconditional love—especially during emotionally charged moments and seasons like the holidays.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

Why communication is the foundation of wellbeing and inner peace

How early conditioning shapes the way you speak and listen

Why assumptions create defensiveness and disconnection

How taking things personally becomes a subconscious habit

The importance of calming yourself before difficult conversations

Why “I feel” statements change the entire dynamic

How to communicate without triggering defensiveness

A simple framework you can start using right away

    Want support integrating this work?

If this episode resonated, I’ve created a Take Nothing Personally Min Program including a masterclass with two bonus trainings, including a hypnosis meditation and an inner trust embodiment practice.

    You’ll find a special 50% listener-only offer linked HERE

As always, I’m here for the extraordinary life—and I hope you are too 💛

  • #183. Boundaries Are Sexy: How to Stop People-Pleasing (So You Don’t Burn Out)
    Dec 16 2025

“Busy” has become a status symbol—but for many women, it’s also a direct path to depletion. In this episode of Two B’s in a Pod, Binu and Brenda unpack why “busy” can feel triggering, how social media creates the illusion of a nonstop life, and why boundaries aren’t selfish—they’re self-honouring. If you’ve been craving more space, calm, and permission to choose what actually feels good, this conversation is for you.

We get really honest about how “busy” has become a weird badge of honour in our culture… and how it often carries an emotional charge (especially for women who’ve lived through stress, burnout, or seasons of over giving). We talk about the difference between a full calendar and a fulfilling life, and how people can misunderstand your reality—especially when they’re only seeing you through the highlight reel of Instagram.

We also zoom out to the bigger picture: burnout in the workforce, the “invisible workload,” and how women are often conditioned to say yes, carry more, and feel guilty when they choose themselves.

Personal boundaries are necessary, even “sexy”, and aren’t built overnight—they’re built through awareness, trial and error, and paying attention to your own patterns.

In this episode, we talk about:

Why “busy” can feel triggering (and what to say instead)

Social media distortion: why your life can look nonstop when it isn’t

“Busy” as a badge of honour—and the cost women pay for it

Boundaries as a skill: space between calls, protecting mornings, honouring energy

The hidden clue: depletion-driven cravings and numbing habits

“Boundaries are sexy” (and why seeing other women set them helps us set ours)

The holiday reminder: self-honouring creates a happier December 31st

If this episode resonated, share it with a friend who needs a permission slip. And please rate and review so we know you want more Two B’s in a Pod.

  • #181. Manifest More: Birthday Celebrations Can Change Everything
    Dec 2 2025

In this episode, I celebrate my 55th birthday and reflect on the importance of self-celebration, especially for women who often put others first. I share my journey of self-empowerment and how celebrating oneself can shift your energy and attract more joy and abundance. I recount my personal experiences with my family, the significance of birthdays, and the positive imprints from my upbringing. I also discuss the concept of manifesting energy through celebration and how I've reached new levels of personal growth. This is what I call the quantum shift. That shift from the inside out where you honour your self, you speak up for yourself more, you have deep love and compassion for yourself, you have incredible boundaries for yourself, and you create desires for yourself. This is the way to live a guided life, where you live a life from tapping into your soul more and connecting to the bigger universe more.

To have an incredible shift this December, before 2026 shows up, I am offering a special birthday price ($55) on my program 'The Shift' (regular $222 ) designed to help individuals up-level their life experience and come back to their true authentic self, and step into the next grandest version of you.

    The SHIFT Program

A 21-Day up-levelling experience into the next grandest version you.

This is for the woman who’s ready to uplevel, experience next level freedom within her mind and body, embody her power, and shift into the vibrational frequency where her next-level life becomes simpler and carries more ease. This isn’t a course.

This is an energetic activation, an up-levelling at the soul level. For 21 days.

  • #179. The Vital Importance of Slowing Down
    Nov 11 2025

In this special anniversary episode, I reflect on the two-year journey of the 'High Vibes with Binu' podcast. Revisiting themes from the very first episode on 'living the slow life,' I share insights gained over the past two years. This emphasis on slowing down for mental and physical health, is still very needed in the world. I discuss overcoming societal conditioning, the importance of rest, and the non-negotiable practice of self-care. I also share personal stories, stressing the significance of speaking up for oneself and the power of surrendering to the universe. When you slow down in your day, even a pause for 5-15 minutes, or slowing down your walk or way of moving your body while you do all the things, the Universe can come in to support you more. And your mind and body will thank you. Listeners are encouraged to integrate these concepts for a more balanced and joyful life and business.
