After being single for nearly 2 years, Yaz’ priorities have been travelling, getting to know herself, building strong friendships with her girls, building her business and being surrounded by women who care and want her to win which is exactly who we should all have around us.

Yaz shares how she used to want to impress boys, make the effort for them and this all shifted when she she worked on herself and built her own confidence from the inside. She stopped caring about what everyone else thought and she did things that made her feel good. It gave her clarity on what she actually wants in life and how she wants to feel from the inside out. There is so much more to you than how you look and you should aim to surround yourself with likeminded people who share the similar interests and values to you, who lift you up and add to your life and don’t take from it.

Solo travel gave Yaz the gift of finding out who she truly is. She tells us how it was the best way to move past the block or fear of being on your own or doing things by yourself. Spending time with yourself, going for a solo date to a coffee shop and exploring a new country shouldn’t be a big scary overwhelming experience. It’s time try pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, doing things outside of what’s labelled normal and find something you want to do.

Make one change and watch your life transform

Don’t keep doing the same thing and expecting big changes.
