  • As two nurses submerged in the world of medicine, we have realized that our healthcare system is oftentimes missing the fundamentals of health and wellbeing. In this podcast we aim to share our experience as nurses, and also two human beings striving to be healthy, happy, and the best versions of ourselves. Our goal is to simplify the fundamentals of health and wellbeing and provide individuals with a starting point from which they can grow on their health journey. We hope that through sharing our experience, others may find the courage to start or continue their own journeys.
