    To start, we cover the ways to identify burnout from infertility and the first steps to overcoming it which involve the 3 R’s I’m always talking about:


    • Rest: Take the much needed break from infertility’s viscous cycle
    • Recover: Integrate self-care into your day to day and take the much needed time to focus on healing
    • Reconnect: Come back to yourself and work on tapping back into what makes you feel like you again including getting your relationship back on track with your partner.


    This is just the start. There is hope even in the times that you don’t feel it is possible.
