  • If you're still struggling to get past the pain, grief, sadness, anger that flared up again with Father's Day just this past weekend, then I got you. I share how to reframe things for both you and your husband during this time to cope and get through this TOGETHER.


    Men's mental health is hardly ever considered when going through infertility because infertility is still stigmatized as a women's issue.


    I share a bit how my husband felt having dealt with male factor infertility, how the weight of fertility treatments took a toll on our relationship and the relief we felt once we were able to get back onto common ground.


    I'm hoping this brings more awareness couples that may be struggling to get back in alignment with their partners on family planning goals and how to work with each other when the stakes AND emotions are running high.
