Low Carb Diets and the Benefits of Ketosis What are Johnathan’s thoughts on low-carb and ketogenic diets? (28:00) He studies and measures the effects of ketones on traumatic brain injuries.Exogenous ketones (salts, esters) may help, but they are only a supplement and are not a replacement for a good, ketogenic diet.
