  • Today I had an opportunity to interview Dr. Sherlonda Adkins who is the UNSTUCK StrategistTM, a motivational speaker, success coach, national board-certified physician assistant, entrepreneur, thought leader, world traveler, philanthropist, AND dreamer. Dr. Adkins is the CEO and Founder of PsychMYway, South Carolina’s 1st PA-owned telepsychiatry practice and is also one of the few psychiatric providers treating patients in the United States Virgin Islands. Dr. Adkins is currently the Wellness and Motivation Coordinator for Books and Desserts Literary Society, supporting 150 high caliber African women leaders across 4 US regions, 4 cities in Nigeria, Canada, and England. Dr. Adkins is known as a “Coach’s Coach” and has successfully walked leaders through proven strategies on how to “Get UNSTUCK” and create lives they don’t have to escape resulting in clients taking big leaps such as launching new businesses, making complete career shifts, writing books, and embarking on international travel.
