  • Welcome to this leadership development session, the fourth of six modules in a series, providing additional details about the leadership characteristic scales in the Motivations and Thinking Style category of the Myers-Briggs leadership assessment called the California Psychological Inventory, or the CPI 260. The purpose of this module is to provide more information about the individual scales in the Motivations and Thinking Style category for client learning and to supplement discussions with clients on their own results and professional and personal development goals. Other modules in this series provide greater detail on scale definitions for other categories.
