    We traveled to Jamaica last week. It was eye opening and it makes you realize just how privileged we are in the U.S.

    We are spoiled with convenience and the CHOICE to be lazy impacts a large percentage of the U.S. population, causing a number of diseases caused by lifestyle choices.

    It made us realize, being fat is a privilege.

    A privilege because you have so many choices for food that you can eat an excess amount of calories. You can choose to be lazy during the day. Other countries don't have those choices and they don't have the luxury of being lazy.
