He founded his first martial arts school in 1978, six months out of high school. Since then, Dave’s organization, Kovars Inc., has grown to multiple locations with an annual gross of over 6 million dollars. Known throughout the martial arts world as “the undisputed teacher of teachers,” Dave has shared his Leadership Mindsets, and practical business wisdom with organizations in 10 countries and 38 states. Over the past 20 years, Dave Kovar and Kovar Systems, the consulting arm of Kovars Inc, has coached over 400 small businesses, primarily in the martial arts industry, in best practices.
