Relatable and Actionable

I can’t tell you how many times I found myself nodding my head in agreement as Louise shares her stories from her own life and the life of her clients. This is a must listen for any women over 35 who love running or maintaining an active lifestyle. Not only is Louise’s message validating, but it’s inspiring, providing actionable steps I can take to work with my body and stop fighting against it. Highly recommend!
