Jahid’s strategic approach, leveraging deep fake technology to simulate fraudsters, showcases HDFC Bank's commitment to consumer protection. The campaign is a demonstration of how HDFC Bank and FCB Kinnect beautifully balanced both, creativity and responsibility, in the highly regulated banking industry, and how their collaborative efforts resulted in a thought-provoking, award-worthy campaign that gained widespread reach and positive reception.

    So effective was this campaign that it grabbed a million views on launch, and actually had more than 70 media publications reporting, in all seriousness and alarm, that celebrity actor Nora Fatehi had become a victim of cyber fraud at the hands of a fictitious brand! (One, that it was revealed, eventually, had actually been created for the campaign that also deployed deep fake video.)

    Jahid also details the creation of deepfakes and fake domains to educate individuals about online fraud, focusing on awareness rather than product sales.
