This incessant chatter leads to an energy imbalance often causing the body to feel nervous, restless or agitated, which in turn is reflected in both our mind and mood.

    Being in the Body will teach you how to ground your energy by being present with your breath and any physical sensations that you may be experiencing in each moment.

    Learning to ground your energy is a rewarding experience, and you’ll start to become more in tune with your body. Plus, you’ll find the racing mind naturally begins to calm and clear as you mindfully move through your day in a more balanced and centred way.
